EPIC has been helping people with disability find and maintain employment for 30 years. We provide a personalised service for every person, and stay on their journey until our assistance is no longer needed.

We know that too often, people with disability are underestimated and not expected to achieve highly in our society. We are passionate about raising expectations, and we know first-hand that disability doesn’t mean you can’t find a job you love.

What we believe in

Everyone has a right to meaningful employment, and we will do whatever it takes to help our job seekers reach their employment goals.

Our 10/10 customer experience

We proactively seek feedback from our customers so we can deliver an outstanding experience every time.

Work with us

We have service centres along the east coast of Australia with offices in QLD, NSW and Tasmania. We also deliver a range of disability services in Europe.

The combined passion, knowledge, leadership and life experience of EPIC’s team has resulted in thousands of people with disability finding and keeping jobs they love.

Accreditations and memberships

We are proud of our connections with like-minded organisations, and we are committed to upholding accreditations essential to the work we do.
