Since 1928, Palm Beach Currumbin Cricket Club (PBC Cricket Club) has been a valued member of the local community, supporting the growth and development of all children. At EPIC Assist, we would like to acknowledge the incredible work they’ve done over the last 90 years and announce them as a recipient of our community grant program.

PBC Cricket Club is a non-profit organisation that is run by a team of volunteers who give up their time to help shape the development of children in the community. Jennifer Perso, the club’s Grants Officer, is proud to be a part of the family-orientated group.

“PBC Cricket Club is about developing skills, teamwork, and friendships. The children learn how to interact together and are given a chance to grow as team members.”

PBC Cricket Club is dedicated to creating an experience that is accessible to all children in the local community. They believe that everyone deserves the chance to play cricket and be a part of a team.

“Our club is committed to providing a safe, fair, and inclusive environment for everyone,” says Jennifer.

“This includes providing everyone involved with a positive and enriching sporting environment that promotes their participation and development in the sport.”

Jennifer says that the club is always looking for ways to further develop their culture and team spirit. The community grant will be put towards the purchase of new uniforms, to create a sense of unity amongst the players.

Check out the Palm Beach Currumbin Cricket Club website for more information on this program, and the EPIC Assist website to see the full list of community grant recipients.
