Craig Stanton from Impact Office Supplies shares their experience of finding quality staff through EPIC.

“Let me start by saying that we attempted to use EPIC a few years ago to assist us with some recruitment issues we had, and to say the least it was an unfruitful exercise from our point of view.

This time around has been totally the opposite. We have found a very good candidate in Tara, and are very excited for her to join our company in an account management role. I believe this is a result of the hard work EPIC’s Business Development Manager (BDM) has put in.

Firstly, he took the time to understand our business and our requirements and gave us 2 very worthy candidates.

He then walked the candidates through the whole process, which I felt was very professional and made it very easy from our point of view.

As a result, we have now placed a request with EPIC for 1 to 2 driver/warehouse staff and we look forward to interviewing the candidates once they have been screened and assessed.

I would also like to let you know that as a result of this, we will no longer use Seek as our first port of call when we need more staff, but will make contact with EPIC and let the BDM do the searching for us.
