EPIC Assist (EPIC) wishes to inform our job seekers and employers that we are here to serve our community, though this may look a little different for the time being.

As of 8.30am on Friday 27th March, EPIC will move to tele-servicing our participants unless essential face-to-face contact is required. It’s important to note that this will not impact on current participant support needs.

This is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our participants and staff as a result of the escalation of the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Appointments will be conducted from service centres via phone or video conferencing until further notice.

Though it may not quite be business as usual at the moment, we want to assure you that EPIC is open to serve our participants and employers and support them on their employment journey.

If you need to talk to someone about how the current situation is affecting you, we are here.

Please contact your local site or call 13 EPIC (3742) for further information.
