Kylee has worked in Employment Services for over 19 years. Kylee said that her most rewarding and positive experience working in this industry has been her 6 ½ years with EPIC. Kylee said that she loves assisting people with their goals, hopes and dreams, she believes that everyone deserve an equal opportunity to succeed.

Tanya has been part of EPIC team for over a year, coming back to her passion for community support after spending a decade in Queensland Health Services. Having previously worked with victims of domestic violence, her greatest achievements stem from seeing individual succeed and fulfill their goals and dreams.

Ruella has been with EPIC for almost a year. She has volunteered for EPIC for 15 months prior to gaining a paid position. She has a passion for helping people in the community and is really enjoying her role here at EPIC. Ruella says her passion comes from life experiences, been able to understand each individuals circumstances as well as connecting with people.

Renato has been a part of the EPIC team for just over a year, he has over 15 years banking industry experience and absolutely loves assisting people with their goals. Renato has passion and the dedication to help people and this is what inspired him to join EPIC.

Amanda has a passion for Mental Health, and thrives on helping people to overcome barriers and achieve their personal, educational and vocational goals. Amanda enjoys working with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, with special areas of interest inclusive of anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy.

Bevan joined EPIC early in 2020 after spending the previous 15 years in Sales and Operations in Commercial Industry. Bevan has found EPIC's people & culture incredibly inspiring and hopes he can continue to influence employment in the Brisbane area. One of the challenges Bevan faces is changing the way potential employers and businesses think about people living with barriers to employment. A common question asked is “what is wrong with our person?" This opportunity allows Bevan to talk about what our people’s strengths are and the support structures that EPIC implements. Bevan draws much personal satisfaction from placing and assisting EPIC job seekers and enjoys coming to work with such a professional & fun team.
