Each year we help thousands of people with disability find and maintain employment. Our team is excited to create more opportunities for job seekers with disability to find jobs they are proud of as we extend our footprint in Canberra. We recently opened a number of new sites around the ACT and are now offering our services in Canberra, Holt and Tuggeranong.
“EPIC have looked after me. I love the way they do things. They want to see me succeed and get a job in something that I want to do, not just because I have to.” – Bernard
At EPIC we know what it takes to help you find a job you’ll love. We offer a number of services to help you achieve your goals. We will:
- discover your interests, strengths and talents, and find out what job you would like
- identify your skill gaps and offer you nationally recognised training through our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) EPIC Education Assist, or other RTOs
- support you to create a great resume, prepare job applications, practice interview skills and attend job interviews
- support you on-the-job in your workplace for as long as you need us – that could be a month, a year or longer.
Our job seekers
We have a number of skilled job seekers in a range of industries who are looking for the right opportunity to prove themselves. We will work with you to identify your unique business needs, then find the right job seeker for your team.
“We have been using EPIC as our employment provider for the past 4 years. They have been 100% supportive and if I have a query they come back to me straight away with an answer. They have supplied support workers to help the clients if they need assistance, which has helped us a lot.” – Shaun, Positive Quality Trailers

We love to give back to our community. Our goal is to build strong communities which value and welcome people with disability and mental illness. We’ve achieved this by working with groups and organisations in Canberra, who help create inclusive communities for people with disability. If you are a community group or organisation who would benefit from partnering with EPIC, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
