Supportive Employer Recognition Plan (SERP)

EPIC’s Supportive Employer Recognition Plan was launched in October 2020 as a way of recognising organisations who are committed to providing employment opportunities for people with disability and a supportive and inclusive working environment for all.

Employers may be awarded GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE depending on the years they have worked with EPIC, the total number of participants they have employed, and the current number of participants employed.

EPIC seeks to create long-term relationships with supportive employers who share our mission and vision. We thank the below partners for their commitment to providing inclusive and supportive workplaces.

Madill Motor Group

Madill Motor Group has been a family owned dealership since 1935, servicing the Sunshine Coast from Noosa to Peregian Beach, as well as the Gympie region including Tin Can Bay, Rainbow Beach and more.  We supply new and demonstrator vehicles across Toyota, Mazda, Honda and Suzuki, as well as a huge selection of quality used cars for our customers.

Here at Madill Motor Group you will find a dedicated team of professional people, passionate about helping customers with their motoring needs. We’re proud of the fact that some of our friendly team have been with us for 15 years or more.

Madill Motor Group has always fostered a feeling of community amongst our staff and we are proud to have both Murray and Harley on our team as yard hands and car detailers. Both men have been connected to EPIC Assist and have been a perfect match with Madill’s.

We encourage more employers to look to organisations like EPIC and hope they are just as lucky as us to have these incredible individuals on board.

Inclusion at the forefront of QCamel

When Lauren opened QCamel, she always said her goal was to be an inclusive employer and one day hire people with disability. Since connecting with EPIC Assist's disability employment services, Lauren has been able to make this dream a reality.
