Looking for employees

FacebookTweetLinkedInEmail

1 in 5 Australians live with disability, but many still struggle to get their foot in the door with employment.

At EPIC Assist, we assist businesses to hire people with disability for roles within their organisations. We take the time to understand the businesses’ needs and find the right person for the job.

We work with businesses to break down barriers around hiring people with disability, and help build more diverse and inclusive workplaces.

What to expect

We understand how important it is for a business to find the right person for the job, and we’ll work hard to create a great match. We support employees on-the-job for as long as they need us, ensuring a smooth transition for everyone.

Benefits for employers

Your workforce should represent the community and customers you serve. Hiring people with disability helps businesses understand the needs of clients with disability, broadening your customer base and increasing customer loyalty.

What is DES?

We understand that it can be hard to know where to start when hiring someone with disability for the first time. That’s what we’re here for – to make your employment journey as simple as possible.

Compass Group and EPIC Assist partner to increase workplace diversity and inclusion

As one of the largest employers in Australia, Compass Group believes that their workforce should reflect the diversity of society. With support from EPIC Assist, they are now making greater strides towards achieving this vision.
