Jeanette Hills
Jeanette has been working in the employment sector since 2004. She has been employed with EPIC since 2017 in an Employment Consultant capacity. She moved into the role of Regional Coordinator in late 2020 and then into the Acting Area Manager role in 2022. She is passionate about participants gaining meaningful employment and the life changing affect this brings with it. She believes everyone deserves the best opportunity in life. Jeanette likes to assist her team to provide quality service to their participants.

Penny Hill
Penny has worked in disability employment for approximately 11 years, almost 8 of those with EPIC across northern NSW. Penny likes to get to know participants over time so that she is able to create a whole picture. Her focus is on what people CAN do.

René started his work experience in the disability sector 13 years ago in Germany with assessing buildings and facilities for Accessibility. Here in Australia, he is happy to use his knowledge to identify the needs of the participants for employment and to give the needed support to start a new and successful live.
