Jill has been an Employment Consultant with EPIC Assist since December 2018. She loves her role and enjoys every single day at work. Jill has been in the vocational industry for 25 years in various roles and loves the achievements and successful outcomes they can create for EPIC’s participants. When not at work, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and entertaining her friends.

Jo joined EPIC in 2016 as a job trainer. Jo become Outer North Brisbane Ongoing Support Officer in January 2017 and enjoys her role and working with her amazing participants providing a tailored service to each and every one of them. Jo is very passionate about her role and loves assisting her participants to maintain and sustain their employment. Jo loves working with her team and working with such a great team makes it easy for Jo to come to work every day. Jo enjoys spending time with her beautiful family, friends and pets, and feels blessed to have so many beautiful people around her.

Megan has worked in the employment services industry for 7 years and has been part of the EPIC team in Caboolture for 1 year. Megan feels privileged to work with a team and organisation that are inclusive, understanding and compassionate.

Maureen has worked for EPIC for over 11 years. Maureen provides on-site support to our participants in their workplace to assist with improving their social well-being.

Cindy Wilson
Cindy has over 15 years’ experience working in Employment Services. She first joined EPIC in 2018 before taking a break due to major surgery and returning in 2022. Cindy loves the culture, support, encouragement, and the people at EPIC. She loves how rewarding it is to support people to find meaningful and suitable employment and how this changes their lives completely. Cindy believes that nothing demonstrates your belief in your participant more than showing them that you are on their journey with them. Twice a week, Cindy runs a job club called, “Get the Job” where a small group of participants collectively come together and join her to identify barriers, strategies to overcome fears and objections, reviewing all details within a group to become work ready. She spends her spare time with her family and friends, camping, 4WDing, surfing, gardening, and doing videography.

Emmeline started her journey with EPIC in January 2022. Although Emmeline is new to the industry, she brings over 15 years of professional and lived experience. Emmeline was drawn to EPIC for the support and dedication EPIC offers to their participants and the community. She enjoys working within a team that shares her passion for helping others and leading by example. Emmeline is excited to continue growing within an organisation that is compassionate, inclusive, and understanding and has plans to further her study to become a Mental Health Consultant with EPIC. Outside of work, Emmeline enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and animals, and volunteering with a wildlife rescue organisation.

Lynn joined EPIC as a receptionist at the Caboolture Office in 2014. During this time, Lynn learnt that she has a passion to help people with disability to gain employment or education. After a break, Lynn returned to EPIC as a support worker from 2016-2019. Lynn voted this was the best job ever and enjoyed assisting people at work. Lynn started her current role as Employment Consultant in September 2019.

Peter recently joined EPIC and is loving every moment. He has five years’ experience in the employment industry and loves helping people turn their lives around. He was attracted to EPIC for their purpose, mission and the support they provide to achieve great results for their job seekers and staff. It is exciting to be a part of and work with a team and organisation that are inclusive, understanding and compassionate. Peter enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys watching sport whenever he can.

Sharon joined EPIC Assist in June 2022. She first became interested in working in the disability sector after supporting primary school aged children to develop strategies for overcoming barriers and being successful at school. The most rewarding part of her job is helping people succeed in their employment goals. She loves the amazing team environment at EPIC and working together with other staff to provide support.
