Emily has been in the employment services sector since 2005 and joined EPIC in February 2013 as an Employment Consultant in Bundaberg. She was promoted to Regional Coordinator in March 2013 for the Bundaberg ESA. Emily loved being involved in a start up site and watching it grow and develop over the years. She became the Employment Services Manager in 2014 and has been in that role (across various titles) ever since. Emily enjoys spending time with her teams and watching them achieve amazing results. She loves the dedication and commitment her teams have to supporting people with disability realise their potential and why she comes to work every day. Emily loves to spend her spare time cooking and with friends and family.

Belinda has worked in Employment Services since 2000. She started in Admin and has worked in various roles over the time with the past 6 years as a Team Leader/Regional Coordinator. Belinda has two teenagers and enjoys working as part of a team to help people achieve their goals and get back into the workforce.

Gail joined EPIC Assist in 2010 as an Administration Officer for the Hervey Bay office. In the following years, Gail had the opportunity to become an Employment Consultant, working closely with participants to place them into sustainable employment. Gail is a valued long term employee of EPIC, with great connections in the Hervey Bay region. In Gail’s down time she loves to spend time with family and friends.

Tracy joined EPIC in 2021 and has a long background in customer service, sales/marketing, finance, and hospitality. Her strengths are collaboration, customer focussed solutions and ability to relate with people from all
walks of life. Tracy enjoys being part of a team that works together to support our participants to achieve their goals.
