We provide a personalised service to assist people with disability or disadvantage to achieve success. EPIC stays with them on their journey until our assistance is no longer needed. The result is success for all – participants, employers and the broader community.
Our services include:
EPIC employs bookkeepers who have a disability. They provide outsource services to businesses, completing a range of tasks and duties, from bank reconciliations to BAS. All work is supervised, reviewed and signed off by an accredited accountant before being submitted back to the client, allowing them to focus on their business needs.
EPIC has three years of experience delivering the NDIS in Tasmania, and began delivering NDIS services in Victoria from 1 July 2016. EPIC supports NDIS participants to achieve their goals by providing individualised support for each person. EPIC’s training, education and job preparation activities support the participant in building confidence, leading to paid work. Through their association with EPIC, NDIS participants have greater choice and control over what services they receive, and when.
EPIC’s Community Grants program aims to build healthier, more accessible and more inclusive Australian communities. Community Grants are available to assist community groups and services, not-for-profit organisations, registered charities, schools and councils working in conjunction with not-for-profit or community organisations.
EPIC’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivers education and training for people with disability or disadvantage, and for those providing support and assistance to people with disability. Our training programs are personalised to the individual’s needs and offer ongoing support. We also offer tutoring, mentoring and life coaching through our Planning 4 Life program.
EPIC is an Australian Government funded Disability Employment Services Provider, assisting people with disability into sustainable employment. We provide the personalised service needed to assist people to achieve future success and obtain the best job match. EPIC provides ongoing support tailored to the individual, assisting participants on their journey for as long as they require.
EPIC’s ‘fee-for-service’ recruitment division assists people with disability who are unable to, or have chosen not to utilise Disability Employment Services. We prepare participants for employment and link them with employers, providing the personalised service needed to assist people to reach their potential and achieve their employment goals.
